The STARBASE Mission:
To raise interest and improve the knowledge and skills of youth in math, science, and technology

At STARBASE, you will:

  • learn about air and space flight, aircraft, and spacecraft.

  • build, fly, and launch model airplanes and rockets.

  • experience a flight simulator and a real cockpit instrument trainer.

  • design your own space station using a 3D imaging computer program.

  • tour our host base, Kingsley Field, and witness math, science, and technology in action.

  • meet successful, drug free men and women who work or volunteer with STARBASE students.

  • strengthen your goal setting, problem solving, and team building skills.
