BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT:

• Call us at STARBASE (885-6472) at least one week before your first visit to confirm dates, arrival and departure times, class rosters, and identify special needs.

• Schedule a bus for the dates of your visits.

• Send home and collect a signed parent permission form and photo release from each student.

• Familiarize your students and their parents with STARBASE. Encourage them explore our web site.

• Have your students complete the pretest.

• If possible, select a few activities from the STARBASE Kingsley Teacher Resource Book to familiarize students with concepts and content.
  

THE FIRST VISIT:

• Bring us your completed class list, group assignment list, demographics form, and photo release forms.  Bring your classroom Emergency Health Forms and important phone numbers, as well.

EVERY VISIT:

• Carry photo identification. All adults in your group must carry photo ID while visiting STARBASE.

• Bring a list of adult volunteers for the day. Remember, all class volunteers must come and go with the bus and stay with the class at all times.

• As soon as you are aware of any changes in your arrival or departure times, please call STARBASE!
   
• If you find it necessary for a substitute to bring your class to STARBASE, please have your principal CALL US IMMEDIATELY at 885-6472. Make sure to provide STARBASE guidelines for your substitute.
